Roosa Corporation was built from real operating experience, not theory.
Before entering commercial real estate development, Joseph Roosa founded and grew Movie World, a regional video retail chain that expanded to 18 stores across three states. At its peak, Movie World ranked among the leading video retail chains in the country and operated what was believed to be the world’s largest video store, a 16,750-square-foot location, before the company was sold to Viacom in 1996.
That background continues to shape Roosa Corporation’s approach to real estate today.
